What Each Session Includes
Every personal training session at Lions Boxing is a full hour of focused, high-quality coaching. Sessions typically include a targeted warm-up, technical instruction on the focus areas for that day, pad work with your coach, bag work, and conditioning. Your coach will track your progress, adjust intensity as you improve, and ensure every minute of your session is productive.
Our coaches take a holistic approach to training. Beyond the physical work in the gym, they can provide guidance on nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits that support your training goals. For competitive athletes, this extends to weight management, fight preparation, and mental conditioning to ensure you step into the ring fully prepared.
Personal training sessions are available throughout the week, including weekends by appointment. We understand that schedules can be demanding, so we work with you to find times that fit your life. Sessions can be booked individually or as part of a package for greater value — our 3 Month Enhanced package includes 10 personal sessions alongside your regular membership.
